FAQs

What are the Covid-19 measures?
All of our vehicles are fully disinfected and sanitised after each tour by our onsite dedicated cleaning team washing down the touch areas. Then, using a state-of-the-art fogging machine (eliminate 99% of bacteria and viruses including COVID-19) a fog/mist is distributed throughout the vehicle ensuring that even the hard to reach areas and seats are fully sanitised before use again.
Throughout the touring day, your driver/guide will be disinfecting touch points inside the vehicle with disinfectant spray provided to them for use. We also have hand sanitiser on board for everyone to use throughout the day.
Your driver will wear a face mask when around you.
How many passengers will there be?
Carrying capacity guidelines as of 29 June 2020 is approximately 25% of the seats on board. Our current on-board seating plans offers 2m social distance to all passengers. The current seating layout allows 2 members of the same family to sit together and also provide the 2m distance to the next passenger therefore based on a 49/53 seater coach the capacity could be a maximum of 13 single passengers although those who are travelling with another can sit together could exceed the numbers e.g. 10 individuals plus 3 couples would allow 16 passengers maximum, all still maintaining adequate social distance.
We believe this more than meets the expectations of our customers to give peace of mind and upmost safety while travelling by coach.
